The heart of my work is compassion and kindness. What drives me is the belief that we can create a kinder, gentler world – one conscious choice at a time! (Refer to The Starfish Story to understand my thoughts on this.)
The tools of my trade are that of writer, teacher, and mindfulness life coach. I offer one-to-one virtual sessions to guide, educate, inspire, and support my fellow seekers on the journey of taking care of our body, mind, and spirit on all levels.
If you choose to join me on this adventure, together we will consider the wellness of the body with the idea that if we don’t take care of our body, where will we live? We will figure out how to transcend the ego of the mind by acknowledging that if we change our minds, we’ll change our lives. And we will connect to Spirit in a playful and joyous way that opens our hearts and minds to be fully responsible for ourselves while knowing “there is a source greater than I”, and trusting that we are always loved, supported, and guided.

We address your goals, concerns, frustrations, and challenges. By adopting mindfulness teachings and practices that are specific to your needs, you will discern how your choices and actions impact on your body/mind and learn how to realign in such a way that you become the curator of your own, unique adventure!
1:1 Connection to Spirit
Learn to trust your intuition and deepen your connection to your higher self. Through enhanced meditation practices, the exploration of tools of divination, adopting an attitude of gratitude, the power of manifestation, and asking for guidance, we evolve our practice in a way that is filled with AWE. We awaken our true selves as spiritual beings in human form and bring empathy, compassion, and kindness into every moment.
1:1 Support and Guidance for the Plant-Based Curious
It is not easy to change our way of eating. Adopting a plant-based way of eating is not a “diet”, it is a lifestyle shift that offers incredible long-term benefits. You will learn how to revamp recipes, simplify food preparation, and discuss the science and research around the benefits of eating plant-based whole foods, as well as address any personal concerns, frustrations, or challenges that may arise.
